We develop Job Shadowing as a tool to promote collaborative working, effective learning, competences building and mobility. Any member of your staff or any individual has the opportunity to work alongside and gain experience of the role of our organization and network in Brussels. You may learn new skills and develop your current position.

The program consists of the following items:
